About Farrah

Working as a qualified nurse since 2012 I have had years of experience working with people with a variety of complex debilitating conditions.  I have loved my time working as a nurse, helping people within the hospital and in the community.

During my nursing career I have cared for people with physical and psychological conditions and have felt, personally that there is a gap between treating people’s mental wellbeing and physical symptoms. It was from this I made a personal and professional decision to retrain as a hypnotherapist.

Hypnotherapy has always been an interest of mine. To be able to help people using the power of their subconscious, guiding people to help to treat a multitude of conditions naturally.

I have qualified as a Hypnotherapist as well as Life Coaching and also have a qualification in Smoking Cessation. I am also currently in the process of completing my Addiction Therapy qualification. I will always ensure I provide professional and appropriate care to my clients.

I continue to improve my practice by gaining skills and knowledge by attending courses and completing further studying. These are all part of my Continued Professional Development (CPD).

I also have a working DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check to work with children and vulnerable adults.

So you can be assured you are in safe hands.
