Hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy that uses hypnosis to help to treat conditions or change habits.  The therapist leads you into a deeply relaxed state to talk to your subconscious mind. This can be used to treat ailments or stop negative habits.

Dispelling Myths:

  • You’re fully in control in hypnosis and you don’t have to take on what the therapist suggests, unless you want to.
  • If necessary you can bring yourself out of the hypnosis.
  • Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotized.
